Slow Load times and menu question

Hello I have two questions regarding our site build https://livingprosoco.com/ (not live yet so protected with password "demo")

1)We are experiencing slow load times and it seems to be an issue with how BeTheme is working with Revolution Slider. We have Revolution Slider built into many of our pages and it seems to be loading a black layer before it loads the Rev Slider. Any help would be appreciated.

2)We are wanting to use a different menu plugin than the native menu for BeTheme. Is there a way to turn off the BeTheme menu so we can use another menu (such as Hero Menu).

1. Try this custom css

#Header_wrapper, #Intro {
    background-color: transparent !important;
}

2. Sorry but we do not support this plugin, we did not test it.
