Hi

I would like to increase the size of the testimonial pictures , change the blue to another color and remove the lines from the actual testimonial itself.

Hi,

if you want to change testimonials pictures then you must play with functions/theme-functions.php file where you have add_image_size() functions.

But to make the rest, please use below css:

.testimonials_slider .slider_images:before { background-color: #000 !important; }
blockquote { background: none; }

Everything worked well - will give the testimonial pic sizing a bash.

Hi

I have edit the functions/theme-functions.php and changed the size to 185 x 185 and the testimonial pics are still 85 x 85. Please could you let me know if there is anything else i need to change?

Yes, you must also upload all images again or use https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ plugin to change images sizes.

Hi i actually tried both ways:
1) I resized the pics 185 x 185 & uploaded again - no joy.
2) Upload original size pics and used the plugin you suggested still no joy.

Please advise what else i can do to sort this out.

You use cache and maybe this is the problem because we really don't have anything else what we can advise. We gave you all possibilities and unfortunately we don't have anything else.

After changing theme_functions.php to 185px it wasn't working for me either.

I also changed CSS and this was working for me (in /css/shortcodes.css):

.testimonials_slider .slider_images a { display: inline-block; height: 185px; width: 185px; line-height: 0; filter: alpha(opacity=50); opacity: 0.5; position: relative; z-index: 10; }

@bastiats So you say that you much change functions/theme-functions.php and also /css/shortcodes.css file? If this is what you mean then it is really weird because we changed only functions file and works fine.

Yes, I also had to change shortcodes.css. Wasn't working (also deleted cache etc) without this...

Hi Guys

I have a new problem with the testimonials slider - The arrows have disapperead and when adding more pics they appear below the 1st line of pics. I need to add around 11 testimonials - can they all stay on the same line as before and viewer will push arrow to see more when they want to or they can slide automatically?
