Slow time for server to respond

Good morning,

I'm working on my site, new.mountolivechurch.net, and I've got a slow TTFB. I've contacted my host about this, but they of course don't offer much help. I wanted to make sure you didn't see anything wrong with my code or anything before I pressed this issue with them.

Please try to disable all plugins and see if it makes a difference

Good morning,

I did try disabling all the plugins and it seems they all make a cumulative effect on the speed of the page loading, especially the Events Calendar plugin. The one I wasn't able to try was the revolution slider. I disabled it, but now it won't re-enable because it says there is an update available. I can't update it because its a bundled plugin. Please help!

Please go to dashboard>betheme>install plugins and update this slider.
You may need to update the theme before you update the plugins.

I tried doing both, but get a similar error:

Hi,
this error "The package could not be installed. The package contains no files." means that you have not deregistered the website before moving. Please deregister it on both domains and register again on the new one.

Oh...I forgot I had to do that. Next time I will remember. I don't have access to the other domain now. It was a devolpment domain provided by my host. http://itsidealtech-001-site3.dtempurl.com

Is there anything you can do to deregister, or do I need to get with the host and see if they can set it back up?
