Logo size Custom Layouts pages

Logo is white here which is different size then on homepage where it is max. 100px height. How do I set it the same size for the white logo?

The problem is that the first link does not have a logo at all. Where is it?

Hi, please delete you cookies/cache to see this page where you find a white logo left upper corner

This is because the white logo has blank space around it. You have to crop it so it takes the whole space.
