Hide The Content - How to enable this per default?

how can I enable the "Hide The Content" option (for Pages, Posts etc.) per default?

    Oh, thats too bad. You really thought of almost everything. There is a always a way or an option for to achieve something in betheme. How could you miss this?

    We did not miss anything, if we would add every option that everybody wants then the theme would have to be hosted on very expensive servers and most people spend 1$ on their hosting.

    Well I think its an oversight. It should be possible to change the default for this option because for every Post I need to enter something in the wordpress editor to get an automatic excerpt... but then my customers have to remember to switch on the "Hide The Content" every time they post something.
    That is why there should exists the possibility to enable "Hide The Content" per default.
