Cube Portfolio and Betheme issue

Hi, I'm trying to use Cube Portfolio with BeTheme and have an issue trying to link from the home page to a specific filter in Cube Portfolio on another page. I have emailed Cube Portfolio and they have informed me that its a conflict between their plugin and Betheme. Here is what they said:

Your betheme wp theme contains a script that read the URL hash (#cbpf=.commercialdistribution) and raises an error because it doesn't verify if that hash is valid or not for that script purpose (see attach). That script should skip the hash process but it doesn't and my plugin doesn't even have the change to run.

Unfortunately, I don't know how to help here because I don't control the betheme script and my plugin doesn't even run because of that issue.
