  Hi,
  you have moved the website without deregistering it. Please deregister the theme on both domain and register again on the new domain.

  When you work on a website and the client accepts the website or you just want to move to another server then you have to deregister it first on the old server and register on the new one.

  I have to reverse my migration and do it again... cmon, we should be able to de-register the theme without going through this process.

  
  

  I am having the same problem, I move my site from staging to production, run an update on the plugins (revslider), and now the revslider is broken.

  markcortez,this message could mean that your license key is used on more than
  one domain. Please use the license manager to handle your license keys:
  http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest
  
  If you see (on our license manager) that your license key is registered
  on a single domain, then please disable all of the plugins and
  deregister that license key (through the BeTheme > Dashboard)
  
  After that, get into the license manager once more, if the license key
  is still claimed - deregister it, if it’s not, register it again on your
  domain (through the BeTheme > Dashboard) and try to update your
  theme/plugins couple of times (usually it pass after 2-3 attempts) -
  remember, all of the plugins have to be disabled.

  I also can't update the theme. It's registered to a different domain. in the instance that the site was built on a Temporary Domain, and then pointed to an existing domain. How do you recommend unregistering the theme from the temporary domain? It's the same build, same server, same files... etc. No possible way that i know of to access the site under a previous domain so that i can unregister it. Ideas?

  
  

  *Edit - I figured out that you can use the BeTheme License Management Tool to unregister old or temporary domains.  Problem solved.
