Installed default theme, footer has white space

I've just bought and installed the theme with the 'default' demo (called 'theme'). I'm getting a blank space at the bottom of around 15-20px.

Hi,
this is a little glitch that we are wroking to get fixed, it only shows when you are logged in so no worries, users will not see it.
