  Hi - this is the 2nd time you guys are just replying without reading what I am saying last ticket have the same issue and finally you ready .
  
  ok If you READ MY ticket is says when I try updating the plugin whole site went down .. that means I have followed the Instruction ok .. ALSO if I have not when I am saying whole website went down mean I cannot even access wp-admin man seriously .. its headache ... no worries I habe managed it in a different way ..

  This is how Visual Composer works. That's why you must upload plugin via FTP. If you don't like how it works then you should contact with plugin's author or you should switch to our Muffin Builder instead.
