Font settings for text logo in header?

I need to reduce the font size of the text-logo in the header - ON MOBILE ONLY. Where can I do this?

I'm talking about the text-logo (instead of graphic logo). Go to www.mosaicartsandmore.com and see "Mosaic Mirrors by Pam" at the top.
