Menu expands wrongly whenever scrolling down a page

I have a site using the Betheme at https://julianchemistry.com/. The menu started to expand by itself whenever we scroll down the page, blocking the rest of the page. see image below. This happens in Chrome and Safari and firefox as well. Please help!

hi, it is using the "myStickyMenu" plugin, is this part of the theme?

Sorry but we do not use this plugin in our theme.

Yes, there is. Go to theme options>header&subheader>header, you will find the option at the botton of the page.
For mobile and tablet sticky menu can be enabled in theme options>Responsive>header
