BeTheme Options do not show + do not work

Hello,

I have a problem with my site:

The theme options do not show. Even if they show (that happens sometimes) the windows are blank and I cannot see or change the settings.

When I click on "Save settings" random settings seem to be saved -- which is very annoying since all my previous settings are gone.

I already changed my server settings to the recommended values:

php time limit 180

php max input vars: 10000

php memory limit 128 M

I am happy give further details and also login data via PM!

Hi,

please go to theme folder, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related with those limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. @maria513 Your memory limit is set only to 76mb, increase this value to 256 and it should be fine. Contact your hosting provider.

The only problem is: Hosting with this amount of memory limit is very expensive and not included in a normal hosting (at least in Germany)

@maria513 My college meant that you have 96MB of memory limit right now. If it's not possible to increase this value to 256MB, then please increase to 128MB at least and it should be fine too. But if not, you need to disable all plugins because this is what consumes the most memory.
