Copying the whole page layout or Moving the Page components between pages

Hello there,
I am trying to copy my page layout in Portfolio page (on tile theme) and move it into my Pages.
is there any way I can copy the whole layout and pages it into a new page?
or
is there any way I can move the page from my portfolio to my Pages section?
