Same Slider on every page

Hello,

i would like to have the same slider on every page, is this possibble or do i have do change this manually? (need this for header background --> Transparent menu bar)
When setting up slider for a page manually -even with sidebar-, this works. For blogposts the slider appears instead of my featured image.
i would like to have a sidebar on every blog post.

my blockquote is lighty strikethrough. Why?

Hi,

1. You must select slider for each page but we'll think about this option.

2. Yes, this is how it works for blog posts.

3. This can be done in Theme options > Getting started > Sidebars section.

4. You got it because you modified our blockquote item. You can remove this line with below css:

blockquote { background: none; }

2. Okay, i now found a solution. Do you have an idea, how i can increase the margin below my header? When I have activated the transparent header (and can't add a slider on blog post pages) my sidebar does not fit. Increasing the margin between header and content would help.

Other question: i want to set up an feature image for portfolio item, but i don't want it to be shown on my portfolio item page. Can I deactivate this?

Example Portfolio: It is not possible to move content more below because this header layout is not compatible with any page then with "Revolution Slider" at the top. But to remove featured image from this kind of pages, please use below css:

.single-photo-wrapper .image_frame { display: none; }

Example Blog: This is also not possible as above. You must choose another header style for those pages.

Okay, that is bad news. I activated the standard header and now i am having the problem, that the header has a one-color background what is not okay for me. Can I set an uploaded image as header background?

And I don't want these elements marked on this screenshot

No, you can't unfortunately at this moment setup uploaded image as header background for portfolio items. We'll consider this while future updates.

This is header background. If you don't like it, then turn on "Minimalist header" in Theme options > Layout > Header section.

Ok great, thanks. Last question: with your help, i removed featured image for portfolio items so that they don't on portfolio item page. How can I do the same thing for Blog featured images?
