I cant install Rev slider because the files are not there

Hi,
I installed the theme on my site but I cant install the Rev Slider. It gives me the error as Downloading install package from http://api.muffingroup.com/plugins/download.php?

Installing the plugin…

The package could not be installed. The plugin contains no files.

Plugin install failed."

I have the same issue for Layer Slider and Visual Composer!

    Hi,
    this is all because your license key is beeing used for another domain, please deregister all websites on this key and register the existing one.

    There is some misunderstanding, folks ... We bought the new theme to create the new site using a key: a6f. We used betheme on another site (we bought the theme before), but it was before we even bought the theme again to create this new one.

    In order not to delay launching a new site, since it is not possible to download the revslide file, copy the file from another site temporarily while you release the revslide download link with this new key.

    I need you to make the file available for download so that we can update the plugin via FTP, that's all.

    Please understand that we do not send plugins and you need to use one license key per domain. Deleting or moving the theme will not deregister the previous domain, you have to click deregister.

    I bought the license I reported and entered into only one site. You are saying that this license is in another that I did not put and so are not releasing the plugin that is included in the purchase. What can I do now? I really want to work here. Which sites are using my license?

    I did deregister it from the other domain and purchased a new license for that domain but still have the same issue! Why is doing that?!
