Unable to install Bundled Premium Plugins
Hello,
I am unable to install the bundled premium plugins for BeTheme. Regular plugins I was able to install and activate without any issues. But bundled plugins are giving this issue: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature
I have already registered the theme but still this issue with bundled plugins (Layer Slider, Slider Revolution, and Visual Composer).
Could you please help me resolving the issue?

there might be few different reasons, why you get this error and this has nothing to with the BeTheme itself. Below, we list some most probably causes:
- there is not enough memory on server side and only your admin/hosting provider will be able to check this in logs
- your server might not support uploading different files than .zip format
- there is not enough space on the disc of your server
In above cases, you need to contact with your admin/hosting provider. Just in case, we include few links below that may help you as well:

These are premium plugins, not available for free. So I would advise you to wait until BeTheme support replies you.
this URL return empty data. no zip file downloaded, that's why it doesn't work.

I put the url on the default value, then the installation of the plugins was successfulI still have the same issue with bundled plugins.
Plus, now I am not even able to update the theme.
I get the below error when I try update the theme from the WP dashboard.

What do you mean by putting the URL on a default value? How did you resolve the issue?
please go to your FTP, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link.
