[popup] shortcode frequently does not visually render correctly

I use several [popup] shortcodes on our websites all with BeTheme.
I use several [popup] shortcodes on our websites all with BeTheme.
About 40% of the time, when clicking on a shortcoded popup button, the pop up box itself does not render completely, chopping off the bottom 1/4 of the popup box background and border yet still displaying the bottom 1/4 content. It happens randomly, including after clicking on the popup and it displaying successfully, closing it and then clicking it again.

Theme updates will not delete your content unless you have changed the files directly in which case we suggest using a child theme.
We also recommend creating a backup file.
Please remove the theme completely from your theme folder and install a fresh copy. Do not overwrite files.
