Softalicious clone function not working

Hello,

Just wanted to ask, while developing a website I usually install it with Softalicious (i find it most convinient) in a working directory, when a webpage is ready using Softalicious clone function (as I said most convinient) I clone the website to the root folder.

Unfortunatelly it doesnt work with betheme, after cloning some parts of the site are working, and some dont.
I tried to deregister the theme before cloning, and register the cloned version, but the result is the same.

What could be the problem?
