  If you are using a one-page please edit the menu and in the custom links that are your menu items please only paste #yourID as the link. No additional things are needed.

  What i have to paste in the custom links to scroll menu to the specific point (Le mie Testimonianze) as the other items of menù (i.d about, contacts etc)?

  Like I said, you only need to paste your custom ID that you entered in the section for the link to scroll to that section.

  What is Custom Id? For example For About i found #about as Custom Id and i let it. 

  Waht about Testimonials ? I added this section in main page by Visual Composer options. I don't know the Custom Id. I tried with #testimonials but it doesn't work. Let me understand, please

  You need to edit an item in the builder and give it a custom ID. Your own custom ID. In the muffin builder you can add custom id's to the sections. We do not know about the Visual Composer.

  ok. I put "testimonials" in Custom ID. If i click on Testimonianze on header menu, the template scrolls down on mobile but not on desktop. It's working by mobile but not by desktop

  Okay, you have put the ID testimonials to the menu item, that is correct BUT the ID in the content is "Testomonials" not "testimonials" this is case sensitive.
