  Hello, I have the exact same problem.

  
  

  The Theme is registered (even just tried to de-register and re-registered) but when I click on "Install Plugins" this error message comes up: "Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page."

  
  

  Is there a fix for this? Thanks.
