Plugin Update Error: ""Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page."

Hello,

I tried to update the bundled plugins via BeTheme/Dashboard/InstallPlugins

The Theme is registered (also tried to de-register and re-registered) but when I click on "Install Plugins" this error message comes up:
"Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page."

Is there a fix for this? Thanks.

All requests concerning license registration must be send thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact

I am not sure if this is a licensing problem, but there is another thread of a user with the same problem and re-registering was one suggestion from the BeTheme team.

Unfortunately the thread never lead to a publicly visible solution.

I have now also used the contactform as requested in your last reply. Thanks
