Same page in multiple menu

Hi there. When the same page appears in a few menu headings when that page is selected all menu sections that have that page in their section change the colour to active menu colour rather than only the one where the page has been selected. So the visitor does not know which section they were. In desktop and using template holdings. Thank you.

Please always attach a link so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost) then our help will be limited, you will have to contact us when the page is online. Also please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.

Page "Transparency" is included in all 3 menu items (IFFL services, Consumers, Investors) but has been clicked via "Investors" menu item and all these 3 menu items are now indicated as active menu items.

I am using fixed menu option https://pasteboard.co/GVVFgjN.jpg and no colour or other customisation has been applied at this stage. Just started.

The site currently is password protected. If you prefer please let me know and I will unlock it.

This is because all of the dropdowns in the menu contains the "transparency" menu item.
You can go to theme options>menu and disable the option "Active for Submenu items"

It was disabled. Just in case I enabled it and then disabled but did not help.

Okay but there is nothing we can do about this, this is normal behaviour. If you put one page in 3 different dropdowns then they will be active. Best thing here would be either to not replicate the page link on different submenus or to remove the active effect on items globally.

To remove active on all menu items, please paste the following code into Theme Options > Custom CSS & JS > Custom CSS section:

#Top_bar .menu > li a::after { display: none !important; }
#Top_bar .menu > li:not(.hover) > a { color: #b2a475 !important; }
