Specificity problem with Extra class name

I am styling a heading "OUR IT SERVICES"

Here is a screencap of using the Extra class name: [Links visible only for registered users] and the result: [Links visible only for registered users]

Here it is using a class embedded in the editor: [Links visible only for registered users] and the result: [Links visible only for registered users]

As you can see, #2 works.

I wanted the font size to be 54px

Is this a bug or specificity problem?

Yes, this must be classes that overwrite some items. In this case you can style them with local styles.
