Muffin Builder components not displaying on backend

the website I am inquiring about is painandinjuryclinicofutah.com.

On the back end of the website, I am unable to edit any content. It is almost as though WP bakery is non existent even though it is still installed and editable under the theme options. Any ideas what may be causing this? see attached screenshot for a visual of the front end of a page vs. the back end. Thank you in advance.

As a side note and if needed, here is the license code: 77f2b104-7c16-****-****-************ i see within the theme although it asterik's the second half out. But you can probably check that this site does carry an active license for BeTheme.

Hi,
but the content is built in the Muffin Builder, you cannot edit it in the VC builder.
Is this what you meant?

correct, as the screenshot shows. it cannot be edited using the muffin builder/VC builder. If it were working...on the backend you would see editable content boxes for "welcome to our clinic" an editable "image" for the line graphic, and another text box for the "our philosophy" etc that you see in the left side (font view) of the screenshot. However, the backend of that page reads "you have blank page, start adding content or templates"

But the muffin builder content is in the page options section, it is lower on the page, scroll down.
You are showing me VC on the screenshot.

Maybe this will help. so this page is the home page which can be viewed at https://painandinjuryclinicofutah.com/. But I can't see where to edit the content on the homepage. I could have sworn it used to be there under the wp bakery page builder section. It is like this throughout the website.

Please try to disable all plugins, including VC and check again.
Also go to theme options>global>advanced and see if you did not disable MB.

I disabled all plugins and checked the theme advanced settings and nothing seemed to do the trick. Just to clarify, visual composer (old name) is muffin builder (new name) correct? I don't have visual composer on this website, just muffin builder. I feel like the problem must have happened after a wordpress update, does your clinic demo theme still work properly on the backend? We just signed in one day and it was like that but we were able to fully edit and use the site the last time we were in there.
