Portfolio single post header weird

The header appearing on my portfolio single post page is very different than the one on the other pages.
How can I get my header to look the same?
I have tried the default menu and the main menu within the theme options portfolio, single portfolio items -- and nothing changes.
And the footer looks strange as well.
Please help.
