Social Icons at top of page

How would I get the social icons to appear at the top of the page? Either above or in the header on the right would be fine.

Hi,
first go to theme options>social and fill out the social fields you want.
Then go to theme options>menu&action bar and enable the action bar.
The icons will appear on the right side abouve the menu.
