Right/Left Justify Column Issues

Hello, I'm having a little problem:

As you can see, the columns are not holding their place like I want them to. The top row is justified to the left side where I want it, but the row beneath isn't wanting to reflect the same effect. Instead, it's pushed over to the right side, even though I have it in a left column.
