Sections, Wraps & Content Disappearing Upon Publishing

Hello Support Team,

The website I'm having a problem with is www.welearn.org.

Everything was working just fine and as I continued to develop the homepage, it's reached a certain point when now I create a section and wrap, and add content.

When I publish then not all the content is visible.

Please see attached video for example.

As you can see in the video there were 4 blocks. I've duplicated to make six, and upon update there is only 5.

This is happening with different content blocks. Please assist if you can.

Thank you,

Sam

  • Hi,

Please go to your FTP, create a php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us a link to that file privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at [Links visible only for registered users] so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. For more details about file creation, please visit [Links visible only for registered users].

  • Hi,
please make sure to update the max_input_vars to a higher value, it is now set to 1000 and it should be around 5000. Also the memory limit and PHP version should be updated.
You may need to contact your hosting provider to change it.
    thanks
  • Thank you! Contacted GoDaddy and increased limits. Working great.
    Thanks
