Content disappeared

All of the content built in the muffin builder has just vanished from my contact us page. There is no previous revision saved for some reason within WordPress - how on earth can I restore what was there before??

Alternatively - how can I restore the demo contact us page. This is incredibly frustrating so your urgent attention would be most appreciated.

Hi,
sorry but there is no possibility to restore this page. You would have to install this pre-built website locally and use the import/export option in the muffin builder on the contact page.

To install wordpress locally you will have to create your own server first using software like mamp and then proceed with installing the theme like you normally would. There are a lot of video tutorial on youtube covering this matter.
