Hi, wich membership plugin works best with muffin builder?

I was trying almost 5, but always only content from page editor (first one in wp) but no content from muffin builder was protected

Yes but how its is possible to setup and manage "password protected pages" in combination with user rolles?

Wordpress pages have password protection option by default. You can select it while editing the page, on the right side. The user combination roles will be not possible.
