How to enable lightbox on product images?

Hi,

I am using a betheme with shop and I see that product images are not opening in a lightbox. Instead, they open as full images. I read online that this change was introduced in Woocommerce 3.0 and now the lightbox is shown only if it is enabled in the theme. I tried making changes in functions.php and style.css as suggested in this blog: https://createandcode.com/broken-photo-gallery-and-lightbox-after-woocommerce-3-0-upgrade/ . However, I see no change in the functionality.

Can you please let me know how to enable this feature for betheme?

HI,
the lightbox can be activated in theme options>addons&plugins>addons.
Please try to disable all plugins first and check if it helped.

Hi,

The lightbox is already activated in theme options>addons&plugins>addons. I disabled all plugins and tried disabling, clearing the cache and enabling again; but that did not change anything.

We checked and the popup is working fine, this is the default woocommerce popup for images.
