Cant update, say package empty

I cant update my betheme, it says update failed, installing package failed, no files in the package.

have you deregistered the old domain before moving the website? Please deregister both domain and register again on the new one.

I cant deregister the theme. It says

Referer domain is different than registered domain. Please contact us using contact form on our Themeforest profile page.

And i have deregistered it already frome where i move it here.

When I deregister and register again, is my Page going to be offline for a while or is anything getting deleted?
