Equal height of wraps in "related post" section

Hi,

Can I somehow configure an equal height of wraps for the related post section on single post pages. I would like the "read more" buttons to be parallel to each other for a cleaner look.

Example: http://v2.growsailing.com/blog/selecting-boat-type/
