  Hi,
  what do you mean by "when it becomes visible", the secondary menu is used in magazine and split header styles.

  Hello, ok. I changed header style to Magazine. Created new menu and assign it to Secondary Menu | depth 2 (Split | depth 5). But I can't see this menu anywhere on pages. Where is it then?
  And what does mean depth 2 and depth 5?

  Depth means how much sub-menus you can view with this menu on your page.
