Chinese Characters replace icons?

Please can you guys help? I have used BeTheme on http://www.destinatravel.co.uk but every so often the icons turn to Chinese characters and white boxes.

I have tried the .htaccess solution but this hasn't worked.

Hi,
we refreshed a couple of time and everything seems to be working fine. It could be third party plugins. Does it still appear?

It only happens occasionally so I'm trying to work out what causes it!

One thing I've noticed is that in Settings > General, the Wordpress URL removes the 'www'. This happens at the same time as the Chinese characters appear.

Any idea what might be causing this? Is it a theme thing?

Most times it is because there is no CORS library. I guys,

unfortunal i have the same problem with seeing asian signs instead of icons on my site. Please take a look at www.advantage-it.de. If you try to use the contact form in the first page and press send without filling in any of the must fields, the expected error notice is shown in asian signs!!! What happend here? What shold i do to solve this problem?
