Smooth scroll on one page

Hi, a page of my site is set as "one page", I set the menu and the custom id for the sections as described in the documentation (new method), but the scroll effect is not smooth, why?

Sorry but it will be not possible, custom links need a class="scroll" for the smooth scroll to work.
