Remove Sub header banner

Every time I create a new page it also creates a pink sub header image .

1) How do I stop the creation of the pink sub header image under the banner from happening every time I create a new page?
2) how do I resize the same pink sub header image
3) how do I change the image that is displayed every time I create a new page?
4) how do i replace the sub header image with revolution slider ? or have revolution slider be automatic whenever i create a new page ?

    HI,
    all the subheader options are in theme options>header&subheader>subheader
    You will find there how to:
    1. hide it
    2. change the height (via padding)
    3. change the bg image

    The color of the subheader can be changed in theme options>colors>header.
    The subheader area is not able to display a slide. You can set a slider for all pages in theme options>global>advanced.

    I have created submenu banner 1920 X 800 as I have seen as a recommendation. Whenever I add submenu via submenu option within a page the image gets cropped and seems like it is stretched. 

    1) what are the correct dimentions? what dimentions do I set my image? 
    2) How can you set the size in the system so that the image does not get stretched?


    3) How to disable text off of the sub header image

    1. The dimmensions do not matter really, only the proportions.
    2. Go to theme options>header&subheader>subheader and change the subheader background-size propery.
    3. You can also disable the text or breadcrumbs on the subheader in theme options>header&subheader>subheader
