Hi, 

I am new with Betheme, and I am looking at how I would create this? see here: https://screencast.com/t/zPrZy2ujrD

I need a line of colour full width, under the menu and above the banner, but with a small triangle of content coming down on the left hand side.  

Any ideas of where to start?

    Hi,
    you can make the logo in PNG with the triangle down, the go to theme options>global>logo and check the 'overflow logo' option, it will make the logo go outside the header and create this triangle effect.

    Thanks for that, but it isn't the logo I am thinking it might need to be a layer within Revolution Slider.
