Hi, the space between the video and 'who we are' is currently too big - how can this space be reduced?

Hi,
this is just section padding. Edit the first section in the muffin builder and change the top padding value to lower.

The first section in the Muffin Builder when you edit the page. The slider is in the header.

Okay this is the section we are talking about. I took a second look at your page and this is the 'full-screen' section style. You will have to edit the section and disable the section style. Then add padding to top and bottom to center the content.
