How to make Quick Fact numbers build (0-50, etc.)

I think the Quick Fact option is a great one. I can't see how to animate the numbers to grow from 0 to what ever number - as show in the BeTheme Quick Facts website example.

How is that done? Here is my application of Quick Facts: http://openmountainenergy.com/

Please try disabling all plugins and removing the browser cache.

I disabled the plugins and removed the browser cache. But still not working.

What else can it be?

You will first need to update the theme to the newest version. Go here: http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#general

Theme updates will not delete your content unless you have changed the files directly in which case we suggest using a child theme.
We also recommend creating a backup file.
Please remove the theme completely from your theme folder and install a fresh copy. Do not overwrite files.
