Cannot Update the theme

Hello,

I can't update the theme in version 20.8.5. I have the following error :

An error occurred while updating Betheme: The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.

please use this tool to check if your key is not registered somwhere else.

Hello,

Thanks for the help. Since we have changed domain name (from mybodyclinic.gr to iqbodyclinic.com) how can we register the theme to the new domain? In the check list seems that it still registered in mybodyclinic.gr

Hi,
Deregister it there and then register it on the new domain.
If you have access to the old domain then simply deregister it in wordpress. Otherwise use the tool to deregister it.

hello,

It won;t let me deregister even from here : http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/

It says: Your site still uses BeTheme. Please delete all theme files before deregistration.

There are no files since the domain is just an alias.

Please advice.

It could be server cache, please make sure you have removed the theme completly and that the cache is disabled.
