The theme speed is related only to hosting and plugins, we suggest disabling them and use as little plugins as possible. In the front end you can always optimize images.
The elements style after the page loads because the HTML is loaded first, then CSS and JS. If your hosting is slow, you will see the transition, otherwise it is not visible.
We suggest using a pre-loader.
