Can't download revslider

Hello,

I want to install revolution slider but it won't install, see attachment.image
I've checked my license code by envato with the api tool i've found (http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/) and it says "{"error":"No registered licenses for this purchase code and username"}". In envato i can see  i have still months of support left.

How can i solve this problem?

    are you sure that the name of the themeforest account is correct and that you are pasting a valid license key that was purchased on that account?
    If you are still getting the same error please contact us thru the contant form.

    We checked and this license key is registered to your username, but it is not used on any domain.
    Please go to the betheme>dashboard and register this license key for your current domain.
    If you have a key that is registered already on this domain then please deregister it and use your key.
