I am getting a weird effect where in my Theme Options » General » Image Frame…
Overlay does… Zoom | without Icons
Ideally I’d like a rollover effect of a 20% white overlay.
Can you help? Thank you.

HI,
sorry but there is no options for that, you can only use the styles available.
The colors can be set in theme options>colors.

Sure but my real issue is Overlay does not "overlay." Instead it "Zoom | without Icons"

Actually I removed all my CSS and tested the rollover effects and see what you're saying now. I recommend it as a feature for the next release as the current selections are a little dramatic. Thanks any ways.
