RS NOT WORKING (AFTER REINSTALLING ALL AGAIN)

We're unable to make any edits to the Slider content (for example changing the background image, edit texts,...) 
The edit image tab for the selection doesn't appear...and most of the options are shown but can't use them. We have:
- Reinstalled RS plugin
- Reinstalled BeTheme
- Deactivated all other plugins
- Latest BeTheme version
- Latest Wordpress version
- Latest RS version

Just purchased this theme and it's so frustrating to face already an issue like this. Need a solution as soon as possible, please.
