Alt tag(Alt text) not working with logo image

Hi there!
I have uploaded a logo with alternative text but when I go to page and inspect it , it is not pulling up the "alt text" even though it is there with the image.
Fyi : I am using BeTheme version : 20.8.6
Can you pls help resolving this issue.

Actually, Betheme version we are using is -20.7.3

When we disabled all plugins the alt text appeared so please check which plugin is blocking it.
