Turn off Featured Image and cannot turn off Hide The Content in Layout section

Hi,
I have two issues need you help:
1. I want to turn off Featured Image at the top of single post page but keep it in upload box for Blog page. How can I control it?
2. I tried to Turn of Hide The Content in Layout section after Muffin builder. It isn't work

in single posts you have the option to remove featured image and content with page options:
