Registered users are not showing on my Site Admin

Hello, registered users are not showing on my Site Admin (wp-admin All Users).

But i can see them,  under the Network admin (All Users).

Why is it happening? And how can i change that?

    Hello again,  i found the solution!

    The Multisite Network causes the problem.

    Registered users where shown only at the Network admin panel and not at the wp-admin All Users.

    "By design, all users who are added to a network will be guests" so i used the "Multisite User Management" plugin and it resolved my problem.
