  This is what I see:

  Hi,
  this looks like an error from the database, have you moved the website?
  Please reinstall the plugin and try using another slider.
  Also try to disable all plugins.

  No, I did not move the website, I did nothing with it. 
  Would it help/is it possible to give you access to the wp-admin to check it?

  Please first use the tool, maybe somebody else is using your key or you forgot about a previous installation.

  Hi! Ok, I checked that tool and I still have one unregistered license. I can`t find the license key registration option in the wp admin. Maybe because - as I remember - installed the theme manually via FTP.

  Your version of the theme is 12, and the newest is 20.8.8.1
  Please update the theme.
  Remove it from your FTP completly and download the newest version form themeforest, then install.

  Please disabel all plugins and update the theme to the newest version. Otherwise we cannot do anything.

  Ok,I did it. BeTheme is updated and I diabled all the plugins (except rev.slider). Nothing happened.

  Thanks for the effort but it still has a bug. My sliders are completly empty, although I tried to rebuild them (I added all the image and text layers again and I saved it) but it doesn`t appear on the website. And when I come back for editing the sliders again, they are empty again. The layers are disappearing.

  Please go to your FTP, create a php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us a link to that file privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link.   We checked your phpinfo files and this is what you should do:
  1. Upgrade the version of php to 7
  2. Increase the max_input_vars value to 5000

  Hi! I have several sitsd where the rev.slider doesn`t need php7. I mean it woks flawless. I have even read somewhere that there is a bug with the rev.slider under php7. 
  
  Unfortunately I don`t know how it works. Is it possible If I send you (via email for support and not here) the FTP access?

  We tried to load the yoga2 slider to check if the problem was not related to the sliders you created but it still did not work.
  We think this may be because of the old php version you are using currently. Please update it to version 7. You may need to contact your hsoting provider to do that. Also the max_input_vars value is low, you could increase it as well.
