  We checked it but it is quite mysterious to us why it is not working. Have you made any changes to the theme files?
  Please send us the message again but attach also the FTP account so we can inspect what is the root cause.

  We checked and we still do now know why is this happening.
  Please create a new database and install wordpress and betheme again. Download everything again, do not use the old files. Then install the slider and check again. Deregister the current website first and then register the new one.

  That's not what we expected from the support...
  Anyway, we will take the time to do this. But how can we do without using old files ? You mean old ftp files  ? Because we will need to use a database clone to set everything automatically...

  There is no need for a database clone, we are just saying that you should install the theme again on a fresh copy of wordpress to check if the hosting you are using does not block anything. The problem is that everything looks fine and we have never stumbled upon such a wierd issue.
  When you open up the console in the browser you can see that the JS files are not loaded properly in the plugin page.

  It was a htaccess rule... We deleted it and it's now ok.
